Half Beef - Black Angus

You will receive half of our Black Angus farm raised beef cattle which will include all cuts (hamburger, sirloin, rib, loin, etc.).  This includes all processing fees.
 
Half orders are perfect for small families and the cost savings compared to buying your cuts individually will amaze.  We recommend having a chest or upright freezer to store the meat.  We do not process half beef orders until we have sold a complete cow.
